Heliopolis is online

Heliopolis is a digital archive dedicated to studies on performance and the arts for the stage, with particular reference to twentieth-century practices and the theme of representation and its crisis.

In addition to essays and articles, images and video and audio testimonies are available. It is possible to search the materials by using special filters, or by following the conceptual map that defines the architecture of the archive and the entire project. Among them is also a 2015 essay by Agata Tomšič titled Creazione e potere delle immagini: breve sprofondamento cronologico dall’antichità a oggi.

Consultation is free and no registration is needed.
